Happy National French Fry Day!

Here is a healthy spin on fries! These skinny fries are wholesome, delicious and full of flavor!

All it takes is:
4 medium russet potatoes peeled
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or melted unrefined coconut oil
Sea salt

Quick tip! Try sprinkling on a little Super-Sassy Seasoning or swap the salt for garlic salt.
