Do you have any GMO's, preservatives, artificial colors/flavors, or MSG in your products?

YouPlenish products do not contain any artificial ingredients. We only use high-quality natural ingredients that are NON-GMO. 

Laila Ali Spice Blends do not contain any artificial ingredients. We only use high-quality natural ingredients that are NON-GMO and organic and Gluten Free.

You can refer to the ingredients list on our labels.

How safe are your products if I have food allergies or medical conditions?

Always consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns regarding food allergies or medical conditions.

Where are your products created?

Laila Ali Spice Blends were created by Laila and the ingredients are supplied by KFK Seasonings in Oregon. They are co-packed in Newbury Park, California. YouPlenish products are manufactured by a pharmaceutical grade facility in Nevada.

Do your products contain sugar?

There is no sugar in our products. In YouPlenish products we use stevia and natural flavors to sweeten the product.

Do you have any free samples?

Free samples are not available at this time.

Are your seasonings Gluten-Free?

All of our seasonings are organic, non-GMO and Gluten Free.

What is the salt content of your seasonings?

Laila Ali Spice Blends contain 100% unprocessed sea salt at only 25-40 milligrams per ¼ teaspoon which is a fraction of what you find commercially. The only seasoning with a higher amount than this is our Soulful Seasoning Salt which is an actual salt seasoning.

Are your seasonings appropriate for meal prep?

Absolutely! Make meal prep easier and faster by simply cooking with your favorite Laila Ali Spice Blends. Or you can use your favorite seasonings anytime you're ready to eat.

What is the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein Amino Acid Profile?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the specific amino acid profile for the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein, as all of the nutrients in it are naturally occurring. The product is flavor and filler free and contains HydroBEEF, a highly concentrated, pure beef protein, produced through an exclusive proprietary process that allows the protein to be hydrolyzed into more peptides, resulting in easier absorption and assimilation. The beef comes from animals raised in Sweden without hormones or antibiotics and is free of any GMO grains, grasses, and/or ensilage.

What are the other ingredients in YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein?

The YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein contains 97% protein and the remaining 3% consists of healthy occurring fats.

Does the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein contain Stevia?

The chocolate fudge flavor does not contain any stevia. However, the vanilla flavored YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein does contain stevia.

How are the cows raised for the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein?

The proprietary process for the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein begins with beef sourced from animals that are pastured and humanely raised in Sweden, without hormones and any GMO grains, grasses, hay, and/or ensilage.

What parts of the cow are used to make HydroBEEF?

The YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein (HydroBEEF) is made from the carcass of the animal after all the marketable cuts have been removed (70% collagen/30% meat). This carcass is cooked under pressure, along with muscle tissue, other soft tissues, and bones.

Is the YouPlenish Plant Power Protein hydrolyzed?

The YouPlenish Plant Power Protein is not hydrolyzed. It is a pea protein isolate. Perhaps you may consider using the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein, which is beef protein, hydrolyzed into more peptides.

The process to produce YouPlenish Plant Power Protein, from farm to the finished product, includes taking delivery of the certified organic peas after harvest, cleaning, packing, and properly preparing them for processing. The protein is then extracted from the dry peas via a natural fermentation process that uses no chemical solvents.

The YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein is foaming and won’t dissolve.

According to Quality Control, foaming is the nature of this product, due to the HydroBEEF. Mixing the product and letting it settle for a couple of minutes should help the foam settle.

If using a shaker cup, room temperature liquid is best for mixing. This can make a big difference in how well the product dissolves.

Where are YouPlenish products created?

YouPlenish products are manufactured by a pharmaceutical grade facility in Nevada.

Why is there a Prop 65 warning on this product?

Prop 65 is a California law that requires a warning on certain food products. This issue affects all companies that make nutritional products.

How can I cancel/change my order?

Send an email to productsupport@lailaali.com and we’ll assist you with the necessary adjustments to your order. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled. Our team answers all emails in the order they were received.

How long before my product(s) arrive?

Typically, your order will arrive within 4-7 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse, which is usually within 1-3 business days.

Items listed as "Pre-Order" usually ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships and a delivery notification once delivered.

Due to manufacturing locations, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

We are not responsible for orders that FedEx or USPS shows as delivered in their tracking system but are lost or stolen. Please make sure that you choose a delivery address that is secure. We will always do our best to assist you with orders as we appreciate your business!

Can I get my order sooner?

You can request expedited shipping or a signature requirement by sending an email to productsupport@lailaali.com. Expedited shipping costs must be paid before your order can be sent.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your items, we only accept returns on YouPlenish products within 10 days of the point of delivery, minus shipping/handling fees. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us at ProductSupport@LailaAli.com to request a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your product.

We only accept returns on unopened Spice Blend products within 10 days of the point of delivery, minus shipping/handling fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us at ProductSupport@LailaAli.com to request a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: We do NOT accept returns on Special Sale items.  These items will be noted as "Special Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.

Do you ship Internationally?

Not at this time. If you are interested in having Laila's products shipped to your country in the future, please contact customer service.

How do I apply a discount code?

Add the item(s) to your cart and select the "Check Out" button. You will be prompted to create an account or to sign in if you already have one. You will then be redirected to a page where you can apply the discount. Enter the code in the box and click "Apply". Your discount will then be reflected in the total.

Please note, only one discount code can be used, per purchase.

How long will it take to hear back from customer service?

Please allow 24 - 72 hours for a response from our Customer Support Staff when sending in an email inquiry. Any and all inquires are answered in the order in which they are received. Thank you!

How do I get help with one of your haircare products?

Laila is not the manufacturer of those products, they are made by Helen of Troy. Please contact their customer service email at retail_consumer_services@hotus.com or call them at 800-487-7273.

Do gift cards expire?

Laila Ali Lifestyle gift cards do not expire and cannot be transferred. We encourage you to use your gift card within a year of receipt.

Supplement Safety & Dosage

What are the product expirations?

Most of our products do not expire if stored properly, but can lose some potency over time. It is not recommended to use a product 2 years after the manufactured on date.

Can YouPlenish Products be taken by children?

The supplements and dosing, unless otherwise specified, are tailored toward adults. Please refer back to your practitioner or pediatrician, who is familiar with supplements and dosing in children, to discuss safety and recommendations.

Can I take YouPlenish product while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We are unable to make recommendations for supplements to those who are pregnant or nursing, as these things have the potential to pass through to the baby. Please refer back to your practitioner, who is familiar with your health history and the use of supplements while pregnant or nursing, to discuss safety in your case.

Where can I find dosage, warning, & storage information for the supplements?

Should I take supplements on an empty stomach or with food?

Please consult the supplement daily intake recommendations and instructions on the product label.

How much is a scoop?
