Laila Ali Spice Blends contain 100% unprocessed sea salt at only 25-65 milligrams per ¼ teaspoon which is a fraction of what you find commercially. The only Spice Blend with a higher amount than this is our Soulful Seasoning Salt which is an actual salt seasoning. It contains less salt than most commercial brands. We also offer salt-free options.

Plant Power Greens is made with over 90% Organic ingredients.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the specific amino acid profile for the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein, as all of the nutrients in it are naturally occurring. The product is flavor and filler free and contains HydroBEEF, a highly concentrated, pure beef protein, produced through an exclusive proprietary process that allows the protein to be hydrolyzed into more peptides, resulting in easier absorption and assimilation. The beef comes from animals raised in Sweden without hormones or antibiotics and is free of any GMO grains, grasses, and/or ensilage.
The YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein contains 97% protein and the remaining 3% consists of healthy occurring fats.
The chocolate fudge flavor does not contain any stevia. However, the vanilla flavored YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein does contain stevia.
The proprietary process for the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein begins with beef sourced from animals that are pastured and humanely raised in Sweden, without hormones and any GMO grains, grasses, hay, and/or ensilage.
The YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein (HydroBEEF) is made from the carcass of the animal after all the marketable cuts have been removed (70% collagen/30% meat). This carcass is cooked under pressure, along with muscle tissue, other soft tissues, and bones.
The YouPlenish Plant Power Protein is not hydrolyzed. It is a pea protein isolate. Perhaps you may consider using the YouPlenish Paleo Power Protein, which is beef protein, hydrolyzed into more peptides.
The process to produce YouPlenish Plant Power Protein, from farm to the finished product, includes taking delivery of the certified organic peas after harvest, cleaning, packing, and properly preparing them for processing. The protein is then extracted from the dry peas via a natural fermentation process that uses no chemical solvents.
According to Quality Control, foaming is the nature of this product, due to the HydroBEEF. Mixing the product and letting it settle for a couple of minutes should help the foam settle.
If using a shaker cup, room temperature liquid is best for mixing. This can make a big difference in how well the product dissolves.
YouPlenish products are manufactured by a pharmaceutical grade facility in Nevada.
Our product have “natural flavors” listed on the label because it's a proprietary recipe.
The definition of natural flavor under the Code of Federal Regulations is: “the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional” (21CFR101.22).
Any other added flavor, therefore, is artificial. (For the record, any monosodium glutamate, or MSG, used to flavor food must be declared on the label as such). Both artificial and natural flavors are made by “flavorists” in a laboratory by blending either “natural” chemicals or “synthetic” chemicals to create flavorings.
Regarding the quality of YouPlenish ingredients, we are GMP and NSF certified. All of our raw materials and finished products are either tested by an accredited 3rd party lab or in-house to confirm specifications (we do not rely on suppliers’ CofA’s). We use USP/AOAC or other approved published methods from scientific journals. We test for identity, potency, heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic), micros (plate count, total yeast/mold, e.coli, salmonella, and s.aureus), rancidity/oxidative markers, pesticides and perform other applicable testing depending on the ingredient/formulation. We do third party CFR 111—FDA regulations and manufacture dietary supplements.

No, we don’t use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.

Yes, all of our products have been tested by a board-certified dermatologist, and have passed all required safety and industry-standard testing.

Yes. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking.

If your program has not started, when you login to the app there is a Change Start Date button on the
main track screen which you can use to select the best start date for yourself.
If your Welcome Email code does not work or it has expired, you can click the Forgot Password button.
You will receive an email with a temporary replacement code. Use this code to login. You will be
prompted to create a new, permanent password. Be sure it follows the requirements listed.
You can only be logged into one device at a time. When you want to use another device to track, please
log out of your second device, so that your data input is saved successfully.
Within the app, go to the More section, then select Profile.
Toward the bottom, you will see a toggle labeled “Import data from Health app.” When you turn that on,
a screen will open that displays the data points that you can import from the Health app. Toggle on
the data types you would like to have regularly synched into the app.
You can also verify this by going into your settings under the Health app – check data and devices –
select the app, then verify what data is toggled on.
On the main track screen, at the top where the date displays, you will see a calendar icon.
When you select this, you can either select the current day or go to any prior day you need to update the tracking

Due to manufacturing locations, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Supplement Safety & Dosage
Most of our products do not expire if stored properly, but can lose some potency over time. It is not recommended to use a product 2 years after the manufactured on date.
The supplements and dosing, unless otherwise specified, are tailored toward adults. Please refer back to your practitioner or pediatrician, who is familiar with supplements and dosing in children, to discuss safety and recommendations.
We are unable to make recommendations for supplements to those who are pregnant or nursing, as these things have the potential to pass through to the baby. Please refer back to your practitioner, who is familiar with your health history and the use of supplements while pregnant or nursing, to discuss safety in your case.
