Grilled Chicken, Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ripe peaches, halved
- 5 oz arugula
- 8 oz burrata (4 small scoops or 2 large torn pieces)
- Fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
- Balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Goddess Blend ADD TO CART
- 1 tsp Citrus N’ Herb Blend ADD TO CART
- 1 tsp Soulful Seasoning Salt ADD TO CART
- 1/2 tsp Spicy Pepper Blend (optional) ADD TO CART
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with Garlic Goddess Blend, Citrus N’ Herb Blend, Soulful Seasoning Salt, and Spicy Pepper Blend, if using.
- Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Lightly brush the peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until caramelized with grill marks.
- Arrange the arugula on a large serving platter. Top with the grilled peaches, sliced chicken, burrata, and torn basil.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a light drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.

- Serve over a bed of peppery arugula or mixed greens to create a beautiful main-course salad with even more freshness and texture.
