Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Goddess Seasoning Blend ADD TO CART
- 1 teaspoon Soulful Seasoning Salt ADD TO CART
- 1/2 teaspoon Spicy Pepper Blend ADD TO CART
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha (or more, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon G.O.A.T. Seasoning Blend ADD TO CART
Garnish
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the olive oil, Garlic Goddess Seasoning Blend, Soulful Seasoning Salt, and Spicy Pepper Blend until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and G.O.A.T. Seasoning Blend until smooth. Reserve half of the sauce for serving.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece to help them cook evenly.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400–450°F). Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until the chicken is lightly charred and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- During the last minute of grilling, brush the skewers with some of the Bang Bang sauce and allow it to lightly caramelize.
- Transfer the skewers to a serving platter, drizzle with the reserved Bang Bang sauce, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
