  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved
  • 5 oz arugula
  • 8 oz burrata (4 small scoops or 2 large torn pieces)
  • Fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
  • Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Goddess Blend ADD TO CART
  • 1 tsp Citrus N’ Herb Blend ADD TO CART
  • 1 tsp Soulful Seasoning Salt ADD TO CART
  • 1/2 tsp Spicy Pepper Blend (optional) ADD TO CART

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with Garlic Goddess Blend, Citrus N’ Herb Blend, Soulful Seasoning Salt, and Spicy Pepper Blend, if using.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. Lightly brush the peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until caramelized with grill marks.
  5. Arrange the arugula on a large serving platter. Top with the grilled peaches, sliced chicken, burrata, and torn basil.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a light drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.
