No Sugary Drinks

Plus, the fructose found in added sugar turns into fat, leading to added weight around the stomach. Sugary sodas, juices, and sports drinks contain added sugar, which should be avoided when considering your health. If you are looking for a little flavor, try a glass of water with squeezed lemon or other fruits. Even an iced tea may do the trick.
