Laila Ali Spice Blends do not contain any artificial ingredients. We only use high-quality natural ingredients that are NON-GMO and organic and Gluten Free.
You can refer to the ingredients list on our labels.
Always consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns regarding food allergies or medical conditions.
Laila Ali Lifestyle Products and Laila Ali Spice Blends are created and manufactured in the United States.
There is no sugar in our products.
Free samples are not available at this time.
Spice Blends
All of our seasonings are organic, non-GMO and Gluten Free.
Laila Ali Spice Blends contain 100% unprocessed sea salt at only 25-65 milligrams per ¼ teaspoon which is a fraction of what you find commercially. The only Spice Blend with a higher amount than this is our Soulful Seasoning Salt which is an actual salt seasoning. It contains less salt than most commercial brands. We also offer salt-free options.

Laila Ali Spice Blends recipes were created by Laila Ali in her home kitchen. The spices and herbs we use are sourced from organic, fair-trade suppliers that meet our standards for quality. Our custom blends are mixed and packed here in the United States.
Butterfly Belt
The return window for purchase is within 10 days from the date of delivery. You may request to return The Butterfly Belt by emailing productsupport@LailaAli.com. The belt must remain in its original new, unworn condition with the label attached and intact. Upon return authorization, you will be sent a return label. Once the return is received, it will be inspected.
If it is in its original condition, you will receive a refund minus the return shipping fees and a possible $20.00 restocking fee. If the belt is received and is not in its original condition, you will not receive a refund and will have the option to have the belt returned to you for an additional $30.00 shipping and handling fee.
Store your Butterfly Belt in the satin storage bag provided to keep it in good condition. If you need to clean your belt, use a damp soft cloth. You can apply a gentle leather conditioner when needed as well.
Orders & Shipping
Send an email to productsupport@lailaali.com and we’ll assist you with the necessary adjustments to your order. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled. Our team answers all emails in the order they were received.
Typically, your order will arrive within 4-7 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse, which is usually within 1-3 business days. USPS shipping times are only estimates.
Items listed as "Pre-Order" usually ship within 2 weeks of purchase.
You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships and a delivery notification once delivered.
Due to manufacturing locations, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
We are not responsible for orders that FedEx or USPS shows as delivered in their tracking system but are lost or stolen. Please make sure that you choose a delivery address that is secure. We will always do our best to assist you with orders as we appreciate your business!

You can request expedited shipping or a signature requirement by sending an email to productsupport@lailaali.com. Expedited shipping costs must be paid before your order can be sent.
We stand behind our products and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns. Please read the guidelines and instructions below:
Laila Ali Spice Blends: We accept unopened spices within 10 days of the point of delivery, minus shipping/handling fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us at ProductSupport@LailaAli.com to request a return authorization within 10 days of receiving your product.

Fan Corner: There are no returns on Fan Corner items as is stated on each product page.
When you purchase products from shop.LailaAli.com, you must check off a box during checkout that you have read and understood our policy. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please feel free to email ProductSupport@LailaAli.com before making a purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Laila is not the manufacturer of Laila Ali Hair Care products, were are made by Helen of Troy many years ago and should no longer be available for sale. Please contact their customer service email at retail_consumer_services@hotus.com or call them at 800-487-7273 for further assistance.
Laila Ali Lifestyle gift cards do not expire and cannot be transferred. We encourage you to use your gift card within a year of receipt.
