Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced into strips (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 2 teaspoons GARLIC GODDESS BLEND
  • 1 teaspoon SASSY SEASONING BLEND
  • 1/2 teaspoon SPICY PEPPER BLEND
  • 1 teaspoon SOULFUL SEASONING SALT
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup low sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the chopped chicken thighs, GARLIC GODDESS, SASSY SEASONING, SPICY PEPPER and SOULFUL SEASONING SALT. Massage the spices into the beef well. Toss until evenly coated in the seasonings.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 Remove be from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Add bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add ginger, tamari sauce and water to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return cooked beef to the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Taste and add more seasoning to your liking if needed.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through and well combined.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Customize the vegetables used in the stir-fry according to your preference or what you have on hand.
  • You can substitute the sirloin with other cuts of beef such as skirt steak or use chicken instead.
  • Adjust the amount of Spice Blends used according to your taste preference.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or green onions for added flavor and freshness sesame oil.
