Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced into strips (about 1/4 inch thick)
- 2 teaspoons GARLIC GODDESS BLEND
- 1 teaspoon SASSY SEASONING BLEND
- 1/2 teaspoon SPICY PEPPER BLEND
- 1 teaspoon SOULFUL SEASONING SALT
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup low sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the chopped chicken thighs, GARLIC GODDESS, SASSY SEASONING, SPICY PEPPER and SOULFUL SEASONING SALT. Massage the spices into the beef well. Toss until evenly coated in the seasonings.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 Remove be from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Add bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Add ginger, tamari sauce and water to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Taste and add more seasoning to your liking if needed.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Customize the vegetables used in the stir-fry according to your preference or what you have on hand.
- You can substitute the sirloin with other cuts of beef such as skirt steak or use chicken instead.
- Adjust the amount of Spice Blends used according to your taste preference.
- Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or green onions for added flavor and freshness sesame oil.
