Laila Ali is an undefeated boxing world champion, home chef, wellness advocate, TV host, powerhouse speaker, and the founder of the Laila Ali Lifestyle Brand. As the youngest daughter of global icon and humanitarian Muhammad Ali, Laila proudly carries forward a legacy of excellence, purpose, and impact—building her own path as a fierce competitor and trusted voice in wellness and living with purpose.

With a record of 24 wins (21 by knockout) and zero losses, Laila is a five-time boxing world champion who made history as the first woman to provide expert boxing commentary for NBC Sports during the 2012 Olympic Games. After retiring from the ring, Laila transitioned into media, co-hosting NBC’s hit revival of American Gladiators, introducing her to millions of viewers in a new role and setting the stage for a multifaceted career in television.

A self-taught home cook since age 10, Laila draws inspiration from her Louisiana-born grandmother’s Creole roots and her lifelong passion for creating delicious, healthy meals. She is the author of Reach: Finding Strength, Spirit, and Personal Power, a personal memoir released early in her career that shares her journey of overcoming obstacles and finding her voice, and Food for Life: Delicious & Healthy Comfort Food from My Table to Yours!, a bestselling cookbook that reflects her belief that food is the foundation of a vibrant life.

As the creator of Laila Ali Spice Blends, she developed a line of organic, non-GMO seasonings in her own kitchen to make healthy cooking easy and flavorful for everyday home cooks. Her culinary expertise has earned her two championship wins on Food Networks Chopped (celebrity edition), along with featured appearances on Rachael Ray, The Dr. Oz Show, The Chew, and Steve Harvey.

She has hosted popular nationally syndicated programs, including OWNs Emmy Award-winning Home Made Simple, CBSs All-In With Laila Ali, and ABCs Everyday Health. Laila formerly served as a panelist on CBS Sports Network’s We Need to Talk, the first all-female sports commentary show of its kind. She also partnered with national retailer At Home to launch a bestselling home décor collection that ran for three years, reflecting her clean, elevated style and passion for wellness.

Her advocacy work includes serving as past president of the Women’s Sports Foundation, supporting gender equity in sports and education. She is a longtime ambassador for the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Diabetes Association (ADA), and partners with Feeding America and Peace4Kids to fight food insecurity and improve access to nutrition and support underserved communities.

Though born in Miami and raised in Los Angeles, Laila now lives in Georgia with her husband, former NFL star Curtis Conway, and their two children, Curtis Jr. and Sydney. Through her work as an in-demand speaker, entrepreneur, and advocate, she continues to empower others to live boldly—stronger, healthier, and more purposefully from the inside out.
