Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with the milk until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers, spinach, onions, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture, stir to combine.
  4. Season the mixture with SASSY SEASONING BLEND, SPICY PEPPER BLEND, and SOULFUL SEASONING SALT.
  5. Mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them with a knife or spatula.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
