Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the rice and cook, tossing it a couple times for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to toast slightly.
Stir in the eggs and coat the rice.
Continue tossing, until the eggs are halfway cooked.
Add the fish sauce, soy source, Sassy Seasoning and Garlic Goddess then continue tossing the rice until all ingredients are well blended.
Increase the heat to high and gently fold in the crab meat.
Continue cooking 3-5 minutes until the crab is heated through.
Add the green onion, cilantro, sesame oil and lime juice.
Toss and cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Garnish with lime wedges, sprinkle on the Soulful Seasoning Salt and serve hot.
