Indulge in the comforting flavors of this delicious protein-packed Cheesy Meatball Bake! Tender meatballs, made with Laila Ali Spice Blends, are smothered in rich marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. A satisfying and delicious casserole. Garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of freshness.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or ground turkey), breadcrumbs, egg, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, RANCH BLEND, G.O.A.T BLEND, and SOULFUL SEASONING SALT. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs. Return the casserole dish to the oven and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Once cooked through, remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Add extra RANCH SEASONING and SOULFUL SEASONING SALT to the marina sauce for more flavor if needed.
  • Serve with, roasted veggies, a big leafy green salad, cooked pasta, rice, Italian style bread or  for a complete meal.
  • Customize the recipe by adding diced onions or bell peppers to the meatball mixture for extra flavor and texture.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
