Backstory/Reality

Before I became a Professional Boxer, I never played sports and was not fit at all. In fact, I was carrying about 35 pounds of unhealthy weight and eating foods that had me on track to face diabetes and heart disease.

I made up my mind to change my life.

I started training and rebooted my entire lifestyle. Even though I don’t compete in the ring anymore, I have been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a fit physique for the past 14 years because I built a strong foundation that will never break.

Over the years, I have helped many of my friends and family members by giving them inspiration and tools to lose weight, strengthen their mindset, and achieve their overall wellness goals.

I believe in meeting folks where they’re at. We are all different and must find what works for us individually.

I want to meet you where you are and help you finally put a plan in action that works and sets the foundation for a healthy lifestyle you can maintain for the rest of your life.

To get started, you will recognize the specific needs in your life that must be addressed and face the reasons “why” you need to make changes.

Everything will be written in your 30-Day Lifestyle Reboot Journal and you will take a before photo (sharing optional) and sign the Intentions Agreement, which is a contract with yourself.

Get Ready.

Using the 30-Day Lifestyle Reboot Journal, you will Identify the three main changes you would like to focus on during the program.

Roadblocks that may come up will also be identified, which will help you devise a plan to avoid them and stay focused on your three goals.

You will also enlist an accountability partner.

Get Results.

Get Results: During the program, You will take note of the tools you have incorporated over the past 2-3 weeks and acknowledge what worked and what needs improvement. The goal is to keep refining your individual wellness plan as you progress and learn more about yourself along the way.

By the end of the program, you will be on the road to true wellness and living a healthy lifestyle! It will be time to celebrate because you will have successfully completed 30 days of intentional and strategic self-care. You will have formed a strong foundation that will serve you for life.

Being able to identify areas of your life that need improvement, create a plan of action, and incorporate the tools needed to knock out all of your challenges is powerful, to say the least!

During the 30-Day Lifestyle Reboot, you will create weekly meal plans, shopping lists, and schedule your “me time” which can be anything from exercising to taking a bubble bath!

I will connect with you and the group virtually, once a week on Zoom. During our meeting, I will provide tips, tools, and inspiration to help you get healthier, strengthen your mindset, and tap into your true purpose in life!

I am excited about engaging in meaningful discussions with you and answering questions from the group. This will be your opportunity to help me form a sisterhood, so we can provide support to one another as we begin this wellness journey together.
